Harvest & Bloom captures the essence of Siskiyou’s fall season— u-pick flowers, pumpkins, and a traditional apple harvest festival in one special day. We’ve crafted the perfect one-day itinerary with everything you need to visit, enjoy, and Discover Siskiyou. In total, the three farms are connected by less than an hour of driving, making for a remarkable fall adventure.

Harvest & Bloom | October 4th in Siskiyou County
Visitors begin with u-pick flowers at Pastures of Grace in Grenada— and it’s just 6 minutes down the road to Hunter Orchards for pumpkins, then, take a 45-minute drive into the scenic Scott Valley for Kidder Creek’s apple harvest festival.
Pastures of Grace U-Pick Dahlias

Start your morning surrounded by vibrant blooms in full color. Walk through rows of dahlias, cut your own bouquet, and capture a kaleidoscope of floral backdrops perfect for social media.
Hunter Orchards Pumpkin Patch
Grenada, CA | 10:00am – 6:00pm
Celebrate fall with a true pumpkin patch experience. From the pumpkin patch to live music, and cozy autumn vibes, Hunter Orchards Pumpkin Farm is a classic seasonal stop, showcasing Siskiyou’s charm.
Kidder Creek Fall Festival
Scott Valley (Etna), CA | 10:00am – 6:00pm
Round out the day at a quintessential fall festival in the stunning Scott Valley. Taste fresh-pressed cider, pick apples, and experience the idyllic Kidder Creek estate— open to the public on October 4 to celebrate the apple harvest. RSVP is appreciated.

The California Open Farm Passport invites the public to explore the bounty of local farms during regionally coordinated events throughout the year. Farm guests will have opportunities to learn, taste and buy a diversity of crops from participating specialty crop farmers around the state who have opened their farm gates.
