SEDC Publishes Siskiyou's Meat Producer Guide

In September, Siskiyou Farm Co published the first edition of the Siskiyou Meat Producers guide, featuring seven local producers from Siskiyou County. The SEDC team distributed the guide at key events, such as Terra Madre, Beef and Brew, and Harvest and Bloom in 2025. "It is rewarding to connect customers to our local regenerative producers," said Program Director, Gillies Robertson. "People are really excited to pick up the guide, and reach out directly to purchase from regenerative ranchers in Siskiyou County."
