-Create a visual prospectus that shows potential of the facility in the future, both indoor and outdoor space that will inspire potential funders.
-EDC and City are partners in this effort.
-RISE dollars already committed (600k) already secured ▪ McConnell 400k ▪ Ford Family Foundation 250k ▪ Minor bank investments.
