Yreka

Yreka celebrates the gold as the county seat and largest of the regions cities.  The city has been designated as 48th in the top one-hundred small communities in the U.S. and is located twenty-two miles south of the California/Oregon border along Interstate 5, nestled in the northern most corner of the majestic Shasta Valley.  Yreka is the largest full service community in Siskiyou County.
