Siskiyou Harvest offers a variety of culinary classes taught by Chef Caroline Brask, Senior member of the American Culinary Federation. Classes include chocolate making, basic skills and catering skills to name a few. All classes are $35 each or students may qualify for a scholarship based on their income.
