The City of Weed is located in the approximate
center of Siskiyou County near the base of Mt. Shasta at the junction of State Highway 97, the route north to Klamath Falls and Bend, Oregon, and Interstate 5, the primary north/south arterial linking San Diego to Seattle.

Economic Development
Weed's city management and staff have successfully sited several businesses in recent years. Crystal Geyser bottled water plant and Truck Plaza businesses including an RV park, restaurants, gas stations and hotels are co-located near the South Weed Exchange development.
